I love this idea. I’ve been much more selective in what I read recently. Looking for information that gets at Principles, rather than methods. I think about how a book like Stephen Coveys “Habits of Highly Effective People” has transformed my life in so many subtle ways. I want to consume content that will influence my thinking and approach. I’ll likely work out the details as I go along.

I’m not avoiding the “how to” side of things. But am using a more iterative process. Learn a new way of considering a topic. Re-frame my thinking. Identify a big rock that I want to understand. Then consume content around it that relates to how i can best move forward.

Get my head wrapped around the “why” then tackle the how.
